Flat Rate Shipping is charged at the following rates:

Flat $19.95: $150 or more in products

EXCEPTION: Shipments that are unusually heavy (canned and/or bottled goods) may incur extra shipping charges. We will call you for payment should this happen

No returns/refunds are given on any online items once purchased. Please be aware of this when ordering.

Every package is carefully inspected for quality, accuracy, and without blemish. Damaged packages are not the responsibility of Chippy's, LLC. We will assist you by providing contact information for making a claim directly with the shipping company in question.

Local Delivery:

A flat rate ($9.95) delivery service is available to those who live within a 25 mile radius of Chippy's Des Moines.

The system will determine if you are within our 25 mile rule.

There is no delivery charge for those who spend more than $150 in one transaction.

When your items are ready, we will call you to schedule a time for delivery.

Chocolate:

British chocolate (which includes Christmas & Easter chocolate) does not do good when shipping to warmer states. We do not provide cool boxes at this time. The customer assumes all risk when ordering.

The chocolate is still fine to eat, but doesn't look as good as it normally does.

We take care preparing your items for delivery. But please be aware that British chocolate is often fragile (especially Christmas & Easter chocolate). Chocolate that is damaged in transit (whether broken, cracked, melted, or otherwise) is not the responsibility of Chippy's, LLC and cannot be refunded by us.
